1982.

Leprosy patients with complications like reactions
and neuritis are admitted and treated.
Prevention of Deformity (POD) programme is also
being carried out. 8,714 patients have been covered so far, under
this programme.
Patients suffering from tuberculosis are admitted
and administered anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy under National Tuberculosis
Control Programme. 3,653 patients have been treated under this programme,
since 1973.
Besides, patients suffering from other medical
ailments are also admitted and treated.
